Search as usual for the client or pet to create a new order.
Once you’ve added the recommended items for each pet to the order, scroll to the bottom of the order summary and choose Send as a recommendation.
An information box will pop up where you can type in your client’s email address. Select the Send button and the recommendations will be sent directly to your client.
Note for VCA practices: The VCA email system will still send each item for each pet as an individual email.
