Anyone with admin access can access home delivery reports in Practice Home.
In the left navigation bar, choose Staff log in and enter your login information.
Under Practice, select Reports. A new tab will open (note that reports are in the legacy portal, so the page will look different from Practice Home).
The default view is Order Management, highlighted in blue along the top navigation. You can also select Clients, Catalog, or Financial to find the report you need.
When you click on the report name, you’ll see an interactive table with the option to choose dates, if applicable.
On the top right of each report, you’ll see two buttons. To export the report as a spreadsheet, select Export. To go back to the list of reports, select Back.
Close the tab to the legacy portal when you’re finished with the reports.
